Many organizations in Thailand has been changed to use G Suite from Google in their business but other organizations still feel not sure to change from the present system to G Suite.  With this cause, STREET SMART is willing to help you easily to imaging with our customer’s G Suite experience.

 

STREET SMART: Thank you Mr. Hayato Mori for the interview opportunity to STREET SMART (Thailand) today.  First, we would like to know more about YOSHU, could you please tell us a little more information?

 

 

YOSHU: Our business is about distributing mainly stainless steel, as well as other metals like Titanium and High Nickel alloy to our branches in Japan, Thailand, China and Vietnam.  In our group, we have companies engaging in Engineering and Human Resource businesses as well.

 

Our company data was previously stored in each member computer, we felt the need to integrate the data

 

STREET SMART: Your business is not only distributing the metals but includes engineering and human resources as well. So could you please share us about the difficulties of the work before using G Suite?

 

YOSHU: Of course!  Our company data was previously stored in the computers of each member and there was no way to find out what kind of information was inside. Therefore, we felt the need to integrate the data that each of our member holds.  Once this integration of the data has taken root, we will be able to fulfill our desire to share information rapidly and efficiently.

 

STREET SMART: You would like to integrate the data from every member for more work efficiency.  Could you please tell us what made you decide to go for G Suite?

 

YOSHU: As we know Google is not just a search engine, it is the leading company in groundbreaking technological development.  However, we were unaware of the specific types of functions that Google has.  We were introduced to G Suite (previously Google Apps) by STREET SMART Inc and we decided to use it as we felt that it is extremely convenient.

 

 

Easier to develop new ideas by editing can be done by many members at the same time

 

STREET SMART: After you decided to go for G Suite as it is a very convenient tool, and we would like to know how does the G Suite work to solve your difficulties?

 

YOSHU: Editing can be done by many members at the same time.  The auto-save function helps to prevent the loss of data due to multitasking and forgetting to save.  Also, using Hangouts allows for faster progress on important matters as compared to emails.  The centralization of information helps decrease the search time which improves our efficiency by a remarkable amount.

 

 

STREET SMART: So we can say G Suite not only solved your problem but also improve your work to be truly efficient.  And we’re really interested in the different before and after using G Suite? How did you find it so far, could you please share?

 

YOSHU: First of all, “Printing” and “Sending Emails” were replaced by “Sharing”, and this “Sharing” has become a part of our company culture. By sharing, it is now possible for many people to access information at the same time.  This not only allows them to know the information, but also allows easier development of new ideas.  This enables us to think of even more ways that we can increase our efficiency.

 

STREET SMART: And to use G Suite you also use services from STREET SMART, could you please share the experience you had used services from STREET SMART?

 

YOSHU: We had used G Suite deployment service and administrative support from STREET SMART and appreciate for always attending to us courteously.  As new technologies evolve each day, we hope for your continuous support in order for us to keep up with the latest information and technology.

 

 

Our goal is creating a communication framework that is more global than what we have now

 

STREET SMART: We are happy to support as well. Well, now we are reaching the last question of this interview.  After all the experience and transformation your work we a little curious if you have any plans or ideas for the next step of using G Suite?

 

YOSHU: Recently, we have begun using Google App Script in an attempt to further increase the speed and efficiency of our work.  Our goal is to able to connect with our fellow members around the world and across time zones, creating a communication framework that is more global than what we have now.

 

 

STREET SMART: We can see more clear that with G Suite, YOSHU can gather data from all members and the cooperation become easier than ever with auto-save function, meeting on Hangouts and file sharing.
