Never forget to send an important email with Schedule Send function
Have you ever need to send an email over or before your business hours? If yes, this is the perfect function for you!
Sometimes you need to send a business email during weekends or before/after working time, you need to spare time on your day off due to this cause. And there is nothing to guarantee you won’t forget to send emails.
This problem can be solved with “Schedule Send” function that allows you to set the date and time for automatically send emails. It’s a very easy and useful function which will help you to manage your time and sending email tasks more convenient.
They will suggest you some schedules. If you can’t find the specific time, you can customize the date and time as you want.
To use this function, you can follow the steps below.
How to use “Schedule Send”
➠ Click “Compose” to write an email
➠ After finish writing email you can click “More send options” (pulldown menu icon) next to the “Send” button
➠ Click “Schedule Send” and set the date and time
➠ Click “Schedule Send” and it will bring you back to “Inbox”
➠ You will see “Schedule Send” label in the left menu until it will be sent. In the meantime, you also can cancel send by referring to the label then click the email and click “Cancel Send”
With “Schedule Send” function, you can feel relieved and relax from work out of working hours and enjoy your private life more than before!
