After the recipient gets your email, he/she can review and choose the time directly from the email. Once the recipient clicks a time to accept, it will automatically generate another email containing calendar invitations. This feature helps you find convenient 1:1 meeting times with others much quicker.

The second one, “create an event”: this is a fast way to plan a meeting and share the event details. A calendar event setup will show on the right side, with recipients and title automatically filled in from the email. A summary of the event is automatically inserted into the email body for easy sharing.
