Firstly, “Add up to 20 co-hosts to the appointment schedule” during the setup process, so you can host appointments with others. However, you can’t add groups or users outside your domain. Co-hosts can’t see appointment schedule details or make changes. Nevertheless, if the schedule was created on a shared calendar, the co-host can see details or make changes. Bookings will be visible on the host and any additional co-hosts’ primary calendars.

If they select “Check calendars for availability”, they can decide if they want to check availability of the calendar added to this appointment schedule.
