Manage your work more flexible with “Multiple signatures”
It would be better if you can make your work on Gmail easier and faster at the same time.
New update! Function to help you spend less time than before on Gmail with the function called “multiple signatures”. With this function, you can manage your signature with various styles. Before you could set only one signature, then sometimes you might spend a time to edit and adjust your signature for specific cases.
This problem will not happen anymore with this function because you can set your signature more than one signature. Many of you might have these cases, you want to send emails to your colleagues or customers with other position’s names or other languages sometimes. Just prepare it in advance and choose the right one for each scene so that you can save more time.
How to use this function.
For user, you can set signature from these steps below:
– Open Gmail and go to “Settings”
– In “General” tab, go to “Signature” and choose “Create new”
– Fill your signature name and click on “Create”
– Fill in your signature detail and click on “Save changes”

Addition
You can set default signature for each of your email addresses in case you compose a new email and reply/ forward email. You just can choose a signature from that you already set.
