Google Calendar enables you to create external booking pages with shareable appointment scheduling.
Do you have any difficulties or confusion when scheduling appointments with external companies? Spending less time managing your appointments is what you want? If so, Google already launched the new appointment scheduling feature suited for external use cases. There is no need to use a third-party app to book appointments on your Google Calendar.
Previously, Google Calendar provided an appointment slot feature, but that limits internal company usage. However, with the feature update of appointment scheduling, it allows you to share your available time slots on the booking page which can be used by external users, clients, or partners for appointment booking.

You can create an appointment schedule in Google Calendar, specify your availability (date and time), duration, location such as place or Meet link for video conference. Additionally, you can add description notes or fill in your contact information, including name, email, phone number, for your reference.
Currently, Google enhances sharable options to appointment schedules by adding a share button. It will be easier to share appointment schedules. Because of this update, appointment hosts can now be able to copy a short link to all appointment schedules or a specific booking page and add HTML to embed booking pages on the website.
