Google Chat enhances your communication easier with the latest email’s feature. You can directly send email to Space in Google Chat.
Google Chat is an effective communication tool, widely well known and utilized by various companies. It keeps the conversation flow among employees in an informal style which is convenient and flexible compared to the formal way by sending email. Recently, Google just developed a new integration between Gmail and chat space for better collaboration. Users can enjoy a new combined experience between informal and formal style of communication.
Once a space manager initiates an email address in space, users are able to send emails to that space seamlessly. The new integration allows them to select the communication’s styles that are most effective and suitable for their team, improving team’s discussion.

To generate space’s email address, a space manager has to choose a specific space, then navigates to “Space settings.” In the “Email” section, simply select “Generate email” to create a particular email address for the space. Once the email address is generated, space members can readily send or forward emails to this address.
*When a team member sends an email to space, it shows messages as an email card in that space.

Email sent to the space is displayed in plain text as an email card including a brief of the email. Space’s members can see and understand the email context. In addition, they can view the full email in Google Groups by tapping on the “View message” in the email card.
According to this new integration, sending emails to a space in Google Chat, can be a useful tool for all businesses. It fosters seamless collaboration and discussion developing communication flow and productivity relevant content within the team.
